He’s built a vast global business network that’s been used successfully in growing businesses such as  kikki-K & T2 Tea.

Lloyd spent 30 years as a Senior Investment Banker working in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney for top investment banks, ultimately becoming CEO of Barclays Bank Australia.

Tess heads up Eighth Day Foods' marketing and creative department. Tess has worked in multiple sectors of the creative industry, including big brands like A-league, Kellogg's, A2 Milk, Master Chef, CommBox and much more.

Tess has spent 19 years working with Paramount Pictures and comes with a wealth of experience in the Creative & Marketing industry.

Simon is the Chief Transformation Officer for Arnott's Group, the leading Biscuit and Snacking company in Australasia.

He has been President of Global Snacks Group and Global Insight at PepsiCo. Simon joined PepsiCo from Unilever.

Phil was a member of PwC's Global Advisory Leadership team leading the execution of both the Emerging Markets and Middle Market Advisory strategies.  Prior to this role, he was responsible for the execution of the Asia Pacific Advisory strategy.
